ANCIENT GRAIN: We use Einkorn Wheat, the most primitive wheat variety with a weak gluten structure.
WHOLE GRAIN: Yes, we keep nutrition intact with the bran, germ and endosperm.
LOCALLY SOURCED GRAIN: Our Einkorn wheat is grown in Watstown Pennslyvania and is lovingly stone-milled in Marksboro, New Jersey.
VEGAN: No eggs, no dairy.. no funky fats either! We use organic coconut oil.
